Since 1977 the principles of Q4 Media Management Inc have developed multiple private and municipal advertising networks in North America. These networks include media products for Transit System Advertising, Taxi Top Advertising, Airport Advertising, Hospital and Medical Center Adverting and Sports Venue Advertising.

Q4 Media Management "Mission" is the acquisition of venue advertising rights from municipal governments and private ownership groups for the purpose of developing revenue generating programs for these venues and communities.

The Q4 Media mandate is to train and manage a network of professional advertising account managers to present these programs to the local and regional business community and give the LOCAL business “Affordable Access” to high traffic areas.
